2013: The Year in Review - Part #1

 

 

  2013 has been pretty wild, but regrettingly disappointing, these stills tell a different story.

January, myself and the Rogue Bard crew did  production of Can't Get No Play, which was awesome. Next was the Portrait Photoshoot of the Producer of Rogue Bard Media, Mr. Phil Frazze which wasn't too shabby. However, on October 6th 2013, me and Phil had a heated argument on FaceBook, I ruined a day of production for him and I didn't even had the right to take responsiblity, wish I could, but couldn't. I blew it and was full of it. For that, I blamed and lost one of my best friends for false reasons.

I asked myself "What have I done ?" This isn't the 1st time I made mistakes and they won't be the last. Enough of the negatives, on to the Positives, next was the Spring where this Pinkish, Violet Blossom tree made decent results, more of 2013 in review continues, enjoy.

     Back with another post, my return to Detroit was Decent, took some Night Stills of Motor City Casino and Caesars Casino in Canada. I won't say there great, but should amount to something. More coming soon.

Positives and Negatives

     Earlier today, I recived a comment from one Anoymous named Alexander "the greatest asshole who ever lived." And he did critique me and give me some pointers on that last post that I had to regretfully delete, but his attitude was out of line and I was very appauled by that. I will admit, the product stills I took weren't that good, but I'll continue to better myself at these no matter what. But, if your going to give me critism and critique on my work and give me pointers, then do it like a professional and not like some jerk or bastard. If I find anymore negative comments on this post, then i'll delete the post and get back to you with a negative response of my own. Thank you and enjoy the rest of the day.

The 1st of my Painting Projects ~ Pugs: Starring Rocko

   Remember how I told you that I made a list of Painting Project in the near future, this is one of them. My 1st Painting Project is all Pugs and this painting Rocko is the 1st of this project This project will be on a 16x20 Canvas. Thanks to Liquitex Basics Acrylic Paint, Acrylic Markers and Varnish. More Product Stills

    It's been ages since i've done Product Shots, so I took it upon myself to take some stills of various Liquitex Products, cause I enjoy using their products for following projects. I wandted to take my time and take stills of these products at an actual, but took some in the Back Room of my house. I plan on doing that studio shoot soon, more stills from this set coming soon. November to Remember

   You all know that I post stuff up on the month of Novemeber about being a Novemeber to remember, well some weren't too shabby, others didn't work well as I planned. Also, I did planned some more Paintings coming soon. . . Well, due to lack of etc, I didn't keep my promise the last year, but this month, the next and next year. I'm going to keep my promise of posting more of my talents. Starting with this month, with my Birthday coming up next week and Thanksgiving 3 weeks away. I'm going to make a promise, a straight up 100% percent promise that Novemeber 2013 will be one to remember. . . Bank on it, my friends.

Starring your's truly is here, I came up with the idea and Rogue Bard Media agreed to go for the idea and the weird part is that we shot this at Hines Park.      One week ago, was out in Hamtramck and Detroit and saw this awesome Murals in the area, and I thought the Detroit Mural Factory must've had something to do with this, but it was also the work another group of Muralist known as the Grand River Creative Corridor. And made me want to do an interview with the Muralists, ask them some questions, but that's a story for another time nonetheless. I think about becoming a Muralist when I see these Artworks, more post coming soon, so enjoy.

In Memoriam of 9-11

    Today, we salute and give our hearts out to those who Survived the September 11th 2001 bombing attack at the World Trade Center, god must've been on their side. And we also like to salute and give our condolences those whom were lost in that attack that fateful day. Innoncent blood was spilt and innocent lives were lost by the evil that changed the course of history here in this great nation, and it is something we all will never forget.

2013 Car Show at Hines Park

   This past weekend, the 2013 Car Show was jampacked in Hines Park. Cars from past decades were on display for show. Others were driven on Hines Drive. Makes me want to get one of these vehicles on day. The Outside of the Vehicle, the Designs, along with the Inside as well as the Engines were worth the shots. Looking to another Car Show like this, perhaps the NAIAS(North American International Auto Show) next year. More Stills coming soon, for now enjoy.

U-Detroit Cafe

      The U-Detroit Cafe, we did a shooting interview with Chico in the upper level of this cafe for PAHfest. We saw a little bit of a show from the musicians like these indiviuals. Although I can't remember their names, but they did an awesome show and performed with excellent. More stills of Detroit coming soon.

Comeback Detroit

     Happy Sunday, my friends. The Weather isn't too shabby, Back to school week is right around the corner as well as the season of Autumn.  And the City of Detroit is trying to make a comeback. Let's all hope and pray for the best. And, hey ! Shooting of Transformer 4 is already on schedule now. These stills of Downtown Detroit, including outside the Music Hall: Jazz Cafe are the examples.
