2013 Car Show at Hines Park

This past weekend, the 2013 Car Show was jampacked in Hines Park. Cars from past decades were on display for show. Others were driven on Hines Drive. Makes me want to get one of these vehicles on day. The Outside of the Vehicle, the Designs, along with the Inside as well as the Engines were worth the shots. Looking to another Car Show like this, perhaps the NAIAS(North American International Auto Show) next year. More Stills coming soon, for now enjoy.

Take Me Out to the Ball Game

This is the 1st time, I ever took pictures of an actual Softball game, and probably the last. But i'm looking forward to shooting more stills of sports games like Baseball, Basketball, Football and etc. Anywho, the game was shot out on Hines Drive on Ann Arbor Trail, the teams were represented by Wayne County Parks. 2 Men making an Home Run in the first two stills, while in the 3rd still, one hits that ball hard like he was Sammy Sosa ! Last Still, one throwing the ball like a soldier and the 4th still, players saying: "Hey, good game." I've taken more stills of these games throughout last month. Hope I do more Sports stills. More post coing soon, so enjoy.

More Sunset Stills

The Captain has returned and with more Stills of the Sunset, although Thomas Alan had given me some tips on taking pictures of the Sunsetting while it's going down. Tried getting some stills of the sun coming up, but feared that the lens will be messed up, so for all newcoming photographers;here's some advice: If you wish to get a photo of the Sunset: Take the picture of it when it's going down at 8:00/8:30pm. If you wish, Time your exposure, and you can also use a Tripod as well. When getting a photograph of the Sunrise, make sure you get up early in the morning at 5:00/5:30, take a photograph of the Sun trying to come up and life will be good.

Nature-Life Photos/Stills (Part #2)

So, sorry that it's late and all, but i'm back and I hope you all a pretty good Easter. But I have some Nature-Life Stills in the Easter basket, so that's good enough for me. I don't know about you, but it seems I like taking pictures of Canadian Geese every time I visit Hines Drive/Park. I know some upcoming Photographer has a hard time taking picture of one, but it's not too hard. One must be stealth-like when taking photos of a squirrel or the Canadian Geese for that matter. Wait a minute, I stand corrected, it's easy to take a picture of the Geese, but don't get to close or they'll fly away. The 3rd Photograph brings out the photographer in me yet again when shot a photo of the Geese gazing at the Sunset. That will go into my DeviantART. If you like, then go to my Deviant page at www.DeviantArt.com/captainwalker100 . Any negative comments will be deleted and blocked. Enjoy the rest of this post, more photos on the blog coming soon.
